Site publisher

tufo.fr is the information site of the French distributor of the Tufo brand. It sells nothing itself: purchases are made on velox.fr, whose general terms of sale apply.

Hosting

Site hosted by Web Réponses, Rillieux-la-Pape, France. Traffic passes through Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which provides distribution, HTTPS encryption and site protection; Cloudflare accordingly processes visitors' IP addresses, in Europe and the United States, under standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.

Trademarks and photos

TUFO is a trademark of TUFO, s.r.o., U letiště 1857, 765 02 Otrokovice, Czech Republic. Product photographs are supplied by Tufo and used by Velox as distributor; the texts, layout and code of tufo.fr are the property of Établissements Velox. Velox is a registered trademark of Établissements Velox.

Personal data

tufo.fr sets no cookies, uses no audience-measurement tool and loads no third-party script. As long as you simply browse, the only requests your browser makes go to tufo.fr — hence no consent banner.

Two exceptions, both at your initiative.

The contact form.

• Data — first and last name, email address, telephone if you give it, subject, the message you write, and for a shop the business name, town and SIRET.
• Purpose — to handle your request and reply to you.
• Legal basis — steps taken at your request, article 6.1.b of the GDPR.
• Recipient — Établissements Velox only. No transmission to a third party, no resale, no newsletter, nothing sent outside the European Union — apart from the technical transit through Cloudflare, described above.
• Retention — three years from our last exchange, then erasure.

An article's video loads only if you click on it. Only then does your browser contact youtube-nocookie.com (Google Ireland Limited), which receives your IP address. Until you click, YouTube knows nothing of your visit.

The availability shown is requested from velox.fr by our server, not by your browser: the shop does not see your IP address until you go there yourself.

Server and Cloudflare logs (IP address, page requested, date) are kept for at most thirteen months for site security. For any question: [email protected]. You may refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
