Tufo floor pump, in a few words
What it is for
This is the workshop pump, in aluminium, with an integrated air tank: the one that lets you pop a tubeless tyre onto its rim. Without a tank you need a compressor or a lot of luck; with one, you charge the tank to 8 bar, open the valve, and the tyre seats in one go.
How to use it
Fit the tyre dry, close the tank valve, pump to the indicated pressure, connect the head to the valve — core removed, which matters, as flow must be maximal — then release the valve. Once the beads are seated, refit the core, inject the sealant and inflate to working pressure.
