What it replaces
Tufo double-sided tape replaces tubular glue. Sold on velox.fr as "Double-Face Tufo", it goes on carbon and aluminium rims alike, and removes at a stroke what made tubulars a chore: preparation time, the twenty-four-hour drying, glue on your fingers and solvent fumes in the workshop.
How to use it
Unroll the tape onto the rim bed, press it down, then remove the red protective strip as you position the tubular — this plastic liner lets you centre it calmly before the bond takes. Inflate and ride: the bond sets permanently over the first kilometres, under pressure and heat.
Which width
