What it is for
This is the sealant for tubulars, sold on velox.fr as "Liquide Anti-Crevaison Tufo — Standard". You inject it through the valve before the first ride, on a new tubular, and it stays there: it is insurance, not a roadside fix.
What it changes
A punctured tubular, in principle, is not repaired at the roadside: it is stitched. With sealant inside, a puncture up to about 5 mm closes instantly — the tubular does not deflate at once, you barely feel the incident, and you ride home. It is the only thing that makes a tubular reasonable for solo training.
How to use it
Unscrew the valve core with the supplied key, inject the 50 ml, refit the core, inflate and spin the wheel to spread the liquid. Suitable for all Tufo tubulars, including tubular tyres.
