What it does
The XC6 SP is the dry and hard-ground MTB tubular: packed soil, dry stones, flowing singletrack. It is the fastest of the family, and the one that demands the most commitment — a confident rider will go far with it, a hesitant one will be more at ease on an XC2.
The tread
Low, closely spaced knobs that roll fast and stay quiet on hard ground, including the tarmac of road links. In corners, the shoulders do the work, and they hold well in dry soil.
