The Elite series is the summit of the cyclo-cross range: an extremely supple 400/400 TPI casing, a Grip Silica compound for grip and a Liquid Rubber casing for efficiency. The Elite Cubus takes the Cubus's aggressive tread for mud and the toughest conditions, while still rolling well on dry ground.

Elite Cubus, in a few words
What it does
The Elite Cubus is the Cubus at the top of the range: 400/400 TPI casing, 380 g. It keeps the aggressive cube tread that goes looking for grip in mud and the toughest conditions, and gains a suppleness the standard and Flexus versions do not reach.
What a 400/400 casing changes
At this density, the casing contains very little rubber between the threads. It deforms almost freely: the tubular moulds itself to the terrain instead of bouncing over it. In cyclo-cross, where you ride between 1.5 and 2.5 bar, this suppleness translates directly into traction — the contact patch stays down longer over every irregularity.

Grip Silica tread for grip on wet ground, Liquid Rubber-impregnated casing for efficiency, standard puncture protection. 33 mm, black or tan sidewalls, up to 3 bar.
