Standard puncture protectionAn extra layer of rubberised casing under the tread: a barrier sufficient against most punctures, without hurting efficiency.
Grip Silica compoundTread compound with nanostructured silica, tuned for each discipline. Its strength is grip, especially in the rain.
Airtight TR compoundInner compound of nano-blocks, built into the casing, which holds air without a tube. It is what makes a tyre “tubeless ready”.

Gravel Speedero HD, in a few words
What it does
The Speedero HD keeps the fast profile of the Speedero and gives it a casing that takes a beating. It is the version for high mileage, loaded bikes and stony tracks — the compromise many gravel riders are after: ride fast without changing tyres every month.
The HD casing
130/255 TPI with thicker fibres instead of 210/375: the tyre handles higher pressures and heavier loads, and resists cuts better. The price is about thirty grams and a little less suppleness.
The rest
Wide, shallow tread, nylon sidewalls against stone cuts, puncture-protection belt, aramid beads, compatible with hookless rims. In 36, 40 and 44 mm.
