The Tufo technology in this model

Standard puncture protection
An extra layer of rubberised casing under the tread: a barrier sufficient against most punctures, without hurting efficiency.
Grip Silica compound
Tread compound with nanostructured silica, tuned for each discipline. Its strength is grip, especially in the rain.
Airtight TR compound
Inner compound of nano-blocks, built into the casing, which holds air without a tube. It is what makes a tyre “tubeless ready”.
Nylon-reinforced sidewalls
A nylon ply on the sidewalls of gravel and XC tyres: protection against cuts and stability at low pressure.

Gravel Swampero HD, in a few words

What it does

The Swampero HD puts the Swampero's mud tread on the reinforced HD casing. It is the tyre for serious gravel winters: greasy ground, stones under the mud, loaded bike.

The HD casing

130/255 TPI with thicker fibres. It accepts higher pressures, heavy loads and terrain that cuts, for about thirty grams more than the supple version.

The rest

Arrow-shaped directional knobs with overlapping centre, self-cleaning, nylon sidewalls, thick puncture-protection belt, aramid beads, compatible with hookless rims. In 36, 40, 44 and 48 mm.
