The XC for mixed and technical terrain: arrow-shaped knobs for wet roots and rocks.
The XC14 TR SG is the race tyre for technical courses. Its directional arrow tread grips on damp roots and rock, steers precisely in corners and holds its own in mud. 210/375 TPI casing, reinforced sidewalls, hookless compatible. The stated weight is a guaranteed maximum.

The Tufo technology in this model
Standard puncture protectionAn extra layer of rubberised casing under the tread: a barrier sufficient against most punctures, without hurting efficiency.
Grip Silica compoundTread compound with nanostructured silica, tuned for each discipline. Its strength is grip, especially in the rain.
Airtight TR compoundInner compound of nano-blocks, built into the casing, which holds air without a tube. It is what makes a tyre “tubeless ready”.
Nylon-reinforced sidewallsA nylon ply on the sidewalls of gravel and XC tyres: protection against cuts and stability at low pressure.
XC14 TR SG, in a few words
What it does
The XC14 TR SG is the race tyre for technical courses. Wet roots, slabs, damp rock, woodland: it is the model that has raced in the cross-country World Cup, and the one you fit up front when the terrain gets hard to read.
The directional tread
Arrow-shaped knobs pointing in the direction of travel. The geometry opens the blocks outwards: soil does not stay trapped, and the edges are available to bite at every instant. That gives the tyre its characteristic cornering behaviour — steering is positive, without the moment of uncertainty of a round-knobbed tyre.
The construction
210/375 TPI casing, reinforced sidewalls — the most vulnerable part of an MTB tyre —, Grip Silica compound. Tubeless ready, aramid beads, compatible with hookless rims. 29 × 2.35, guaranteed maximum weight. Also available in an electric version, the XC14 E-25.

XC11 TR SG
The all-round XC, developed with pro racers: front or rear, trails, tracks and tarmac.

XC12 TR SG
The fast rear tyre: a speed tread that stays stable in corners, except in deep mud.

XC13 TR SG
The fastest in the XC range: dry trails, tracks and tarmac, with the gravel and road compounds.

XC14 E-25
The XC14 for electric-assist MTBs: same tread, compound more resistant to torque.
